  As an RN years ago I have dealt with a great many doctors. Dr. Novembre listens to what you have to say and carefully explainins what is happening to your body and what needs to be done. He gives you options and he tells you what to expect. I couldn't ask for a better doctor and that is saying a great deal. Keith Payne KP After being a patient for quite a few months I have had to drop my review from five stars down to 3. Doctor Novembre is very pleasant, quite handsome, and seems to care about his patients a bit. The people there are wonderful, the scheduling is okay, and the waiting times are a little bit long. But it is all worth it as long as you do not have to deal with Dr. Raines. He may have been a good kind doctor at one time but he has either lost that due to dementia or Alzheimer's or he has just become a bully. I fear it is the former and he should be retired or his license revoked.. After all he has practiced for over 52 years and must be getting close to the 80 mark. So if you go to this Clinic please ask ahead not to have to be subjected to Dr. Raines I guarantee you you will be sorry if you don't.. I Have had a great deal of experience in the medical world or I wouldn't be so bold as to say this. IF they find Dr. Raines a comfortable place to sit in the shade somewhere and leave medicine alone I would be most happy to return the five stars to this very special group of people. But I cannot give 5 stars to a company who subject people to such a crass, unknowledgeable individual.
